In this painting, I sought to capture the lightness and innocence of a simple moment — a girl in a red striped dress playing on the beach, feeling the sand and wind as part of her world. My semi-figurative, semi-abstract style, with vertical lines and geometric forms, merges movement and memory, evoking the fleeting purity of childhood. I used impasto to add texture and relief, making each stroke almost tactile.
