In this painting, I sought to revisit the elegance of Louis Marie de Schryver’s Parisian flower markets. I wanted to convey the daily poetry of Rivoli Street through my half-figurative, half-abstract style, using impasto to build depth and movement. I hope viewers feel the vibrant energy of the colors, as if walking through a luminous, fragrant market.
