I sought to capture the essence of fado through the figure of an elegant woman, immersed in the melancholy of her Portuguese guitar. The style blends figurative and abstract elements, with geometric shapes creating a sense of movement and suspended time. The impasto technique adds texture and depth, inviting the viewer to feel the music echoing through the canvas. I hope this piece evokes a sense of nostalgia and deep emotion.
