I wanted to capture the essence of fado in this painting, where shadows and chords intertwine at dawn. The scene depicts a fado house, where musicians and an elegant singer immerse themselves in the melody of saudade. My style blends figurative and abstract elements, with dynamic lines and geometric shapes evoking the rhythm and emotion of the music. I used impasto to create texture, adding depth and intensity to the piece.
